What makes the

difference

with traditional laboratories & machine manufacturers

Powder physics is a field that has been studied far less than chemistry (mold and other chemical factors). Our answers are based on scientific measurements and supported by academic research.

We analyze not only the powder but also the environment, machinery, and processes to offer you a range of customized solutions.

We are independent of manufacturers of machines and measuring equipment, so we will always provide you with the essentials at the lowest possible cost to help you achieve your goals in terms of production, quality, employee health, and time savings.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Do you work with all types of powders?

Yes, but not for testing. Our laboratory is not equipped to handle certain hazardous powders (uranium, asbestos, certain metal powders, etc.). However, we can use data from your laboratories and digital twins to assist you.

Yes, even if the issue isn’t listed on our website, please contact us to discuss it. We enjoy taking on new challenges alongside our clients to solve even the most complex problems.

The calculation is complex because the behavior of powders is governed by numerous interconnected factors. You need to know the type of powder you plan to use in your future system (density, Hausner or Carr index, flow factor, etc.), as well as the conditions under which you intend to operate your future industrial equipment (humidity, temperature, expected throughput, and the interconnections between different pieces of equipment on the same production line). You must also take into account that the powder you use today may not be the same as the one you’ll use tomorrow and anticipate the problems associated with this type of change.

We draw on more than 15 years of scientific research on powders and granular materials. Thanks to our expertise, we can predict the behavior of granular materials in any industrial setting.
